1.1 Acceptance of Terms
By registering on, accessing, or using the AgroVerse International platform ("Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
AgroVerse International ("AgroVerse", "we", "us", "our") is a global virtual farming and agro-investment platform powered by TRiViX, headquartered in Thailand.
1.2 Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years of age to use this platform.
- You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where participation in virtual investment platforms is prohibited by law.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
- Corporate and institutional investors must be duly authorized by their organization.
1.3 Platform Nature & Services
AgroVerse is a virtual farming simulation and agro-investment platform. Users invest Carbon Credit Tokens (CCT) into virtual crop investment packages. The platform provides:
- Virtual crop investment packages across 93 categories
- Monthly payouts at 1% per month on invested CCT
- Final harvest payout at end of investment cycle
- A minimum 5% guaranteed return on investment
- Carbon Credit Token (CCT) earning through farming activities
- Peer-to-peer CCT transfer between verified users
1.4 CCT — Carbon Credit Token
CCT (Carbon Credit Token) is the native utility token of the AgroVerse platform with a minimum floor value of 2 USD per CCT. CCT is used for investments, payouts, and transfers within the platform ecosystem.
1.5 User Responsibilities
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- Not engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or manipulative activities.
- Not use the platform for money laundering or financing of illegal activities.
- Notify AgroVerse immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
- Comply with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
1.6 Account Suspension & Termination
AgroVerse reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in suspicious activity, fail KYC verification, or are found to be using the platform for illegal purposes. In case of termination, pending withdrawals may be processed after investigation.

AgroVerse reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or platform notification.
1.9 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation, followed by mediation, and finally binding arbitration under Thai law.

2.4 Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including SSL/TLS encryption, bcrypt password hashing, session-based authentication, IP logging, and regular security audits to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.
2.5 Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active and for up to 7 years after account closure to comply with financial regulations and legal requirements. KYC documents are retained for a minimum of 5 years as required by anti-money laundering laws.
2.6 Your Rights

- Erasure: Request deletion (subject to legal retention requirements)

2.7 Cross-Border Data Transfers
AgroVerse operates globally and your data may be processed in countries other than your own. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for all international data transfers in compliance with applicable privacy laws.

Please read this disclosure carefully. Investing involves risks. You should only invest funds you can afford to lose.
3.1 Agricultural Risks
- Climate & Weather: Drought, floods, unseasonal rains, and extreme weather events may adversely impact crop yields.
- Pests & Diseases: Crop failures due to pest infestations, plant diseases, or contamination may reduce harvest output.
- Soil Degradation: Long-term farming may affect soil fertility, impacting future crop productivity.
- Seasonal Variations: Agricultural output is inherently seasonal and may not always align with projected timelines.
3.2 Market & Financial Risks
- CCT Price Fluctuation: While CCT has a minimum floor value of 2 USD, market forces may affect actual trading value above this floor.
- Currency Risk: Exchange rate fluctuations may affect the USD value of your CCT holdings.
- Liquidity Risk: Withdrawal processing may take 5–7 business days. CCT invested in active packages cannot be withdrawn until the end of the investment cycle.
- Carbon Market Risk: Changes in regulatory policy around carbon credit markets may affect CCT valuation projections.
3.3 Technology & Operational Risks
- Platform Downtime: Scheduled or unscheduled maintenance may temporarily affect platform availability.
- Cybersecurity: Despite robust security measures, no digital platform is completely immune to cyber threats.
- Smart Contract & Wallet Risk: Issues with DeFi wallets or blockchain network congestion may delay token transfers.
- Force Majeure: Events beyond our control (natural disasters, pandemics, war, regulatory action) may impact platform operations.
3.4 Regulatory Risks
- Laws and regulations governing virtual investment platforms and digital tokens vary by jurisdiction and may change.
- AgroVerse may be required to restrict services in certain jurisdictions due to regulatory developments.
- Investors are responsible for understanding and complying with the laws applicable in their own country.

Virtual agro-investment is not suitable for everyone. Before investing, consider your financial situation, investment goals, and risk tolerance. Do not invest borrowed money or funds you cannot afford to lose. Seek independent financial advice if needed.
KYC Policy
Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance are integral to AgroVerse's commitment to a safe and legitimate platform.
4.1 Why KYC is Required
AgroVerse is committed to preventing money laundering, terrorist financing, and other financial crimes. KYC verification is required to:
- Verify the identity of all users before processing large withdrawals
- Comply with international AML/CFT regulations
- Protect the platform and its users from fraud
- Ensure the integrity of the CCT ecosystem

4.4 Selfie Requirements
- Clear photo of your face holding your identity document
- Both your face and the document must be clearly visible
- Photo must be taken in good lighting — no filters or editing
- File format: JPG, PNG — maximum 5MB
4.5 KYC Review Process
- Submit your documents through the KYC section of your dashboard
- Our compliance team reviews your submission within 24–48 hours
- You will receive an email notification upon approval or rejection
- If rejected, the reason will be provided and you may resubmit
- Approved KYC status is permanent unless documents expire or details change

AgroVerse employs automated transaction monitoring to detect unusual patterns including unusual large transactions, rapid movement of funds, patterns consistent with layering or structuring, and transactions involving high-risk jurisdictions. Suspicious activity will be reported to relevant authorities as required by law.
4.8 Rejection & Appeals
If your KYC is rejected, you will receive a detailed reason. Common rejection reasons include blurry images, expired documents, name mismatch, or suspected fraud. You may resubmit corrected documents. For appeals or disputes, contact support@agroverse.cloud.
